Missed Appointments

Kindly give 24-hours notice in the event that you need to cancel any appointment. Please make contact with your therapist directly for cancelations and reschedules. 

Cancelations and appointments missed with no notice are subject to a $60.00 fee, which must be paid at or before your next appointment. 

Three missed appointments with no notice in a 45-day period can be grounds for termination of services.
