About
Ceara graduated from Wayne State University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy in 2022. She is licensed through the State of Michigan as a Limited License Counselor. Ceara was a previous intern at Arbor Hills Psychological Services.
Areas of Focus
Ceara primarily works with children, teens, and adults. Ceara uses an integrative approach, incorporating creative arts and self-expressive interventions along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered techniques. Creating a collaborative environment whereby individuals feel supported and empowered to work towards goals related to their mental health and wellness is integral to her approach.
Ceara holds memberships with the American Counseling Association and the American Art Therapy Association.
Locations
Ceara sees clients in-person one day per week at Arbor Hills Jackson location and sees clients via telehealth.
